6. Fees

7. Grounds for Refusal of Access

Access to records may be refused in certain circumstances as provided for in PAIA, including but not limited to:

• Mandatory protection of third-party personal information
• Mandatory protection of commercial information of third parties
• Mandatory protection of confidential information of third parties
• Protection of records that would be privileged from production in legal proceedings
• Protection of records that would prejudice law enforcement or security

8. Response Times

We will respond to your request within 30 days of receipt, or within such extended period as may be permitted in terms of PAIA. If your request is refused, we will provide reasons for the refusal.
